The cellar and the wine list

From demijohn wine to Super Tuscans.

Wine arrived here before the kitchen did: Beppino used to buy demijohns from the farmers in the hills, one or two at a time, after tasting them.

Below the dining room, in the underground cellar, over eight hundred labels now rest. The list is organised by region and appellation, with plenty of Tuscany, many single-varietal wines, magnums and half bottles.
